1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Estimates and Pricing

Non-Binding Estimates

All quotes and estimates are based on information provided by the client and visual inspections when applicable.

Final pricing may change if:

  • Property size differs from information provided

  • Excessive dirt, clutter, or debris exists

  • Additional services are requested

  • Conditions require additional labor or supplies

Additional Charges

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Excessive pet hair

  • Biohazardous materials

  • Hoarding conditions

  • Excessive trash removal

  • Specialty stain treatment

  • Emergency or after-hours services

  • Travel beyond standard service areas

The client will be informed before additional work is performed whenever practical.

4. Scheduling and Access

The client agrees to provide safe and timely access to the property.

Failure to provide access may result in:

  • Cancellation fees

  • Lockout fees

  • Full service charges if staff arrive and cannot enter

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

  • Utilities are functioning

  • Running water is available

  • Electricity is available

  • Safe working conditions exist

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Residential Services

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Same-day cancellations may incur charges up to the full service amount.

Commercial Services

Commercial cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit cards

  • Debit cards

  • ACH transfers

  • Checks

  • Electronic payments

Late Payments

Late payments may incur:

The Company recommends removing or securing valuable items before service.

10. Hazardous Conditions

  • Mold infestations

  • Pest infestations

  • Chemical hazards

  • Structural dangers

Additional fees may apply where remediation is legally permissible.

11. Pets

Clients must secure aggressive or dangerous animals during service visits.

12. Keys, Entry Codes, and Security Systems

Where keys or access codes are provided:

  • Clients authorize Company personnel to access the property.

13. Photography and Documentation

The Company may photograph service areas before and after service for:

  • Quality control

Marketing use of photographs requires separate authorization.

14. Recurring Services

Recurring services may automatically continue until cancelled.

Clients may modify schedules with required notice.

15. Commercial Service Agreements

  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
